Day 1: Parasite Cleanse

This morning I started my parasite cleanse from Organic Olivia! Honestly, I'm a bit nervous. Is it really weird to want a parasite? I mean, it could be that parasites are at the core of my acne and other health issues.

I'll structure my blog series on this cleanse with updates as they come along. I'll include what I'm eating, how I'm feeling, if my skin is looking better, and parasites pics (if I have any at all). And we are off!

Breakfast:

2 ParaPro capsules (16 oz of water)

Fruit and Veggie Shake

- 1 Apple

- 1/2 Banana

- Handful of Baby Carrots

- Handful of Spinach/Kale Mix

- 1 cup Coconut Water

- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

- 1/2 tablespoon Honey

- 1 tablespoon Flax Meal

- 2 tablespoons Chia Seed

- Optional: 1/3 cup of Mixed Berries or Grapes

Lunch:

1 Clementine

8 oz Lime and Mint infused water

6 oz Turmeric and Ginger Root Tea

Dinner:

2 ParaPro capsules (16 oz of water)

2 pieces of toast with avocado, lime, salt and pepper

1 cup of rice

Before Bed:

More water

1 Probiotic

So far so good. I do not have any weird feeling in my stomach and I am not experiencing any of the "die off" side effects but I think you have to be pretty littered with bugs to have those pains.
